All appointments are booked online through our booking page. Select your service, choose a date and time, and complete your deposit to secure your spot. Walk-ins are not accepted.

Yes, a deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Deposits are non-transferable — if you reschedule late, a new deposit will be required.

You can book up to 12 months in advance. We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for weekends, as availability fills quickly.

Appointments requested outside of regular business hours may be accommodated with an additional fee. Please reach out via our contact page to inquire.

Rescheduling must be done at least 2 days (48 hours) before your appointment, or a $30 late cancel fee applies. Please plan accordingly to avoid any charges.

No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost, up to 14 days from the original appointment date. After two cancellations or no-shows, future appointments may be declined.

There is no grace period. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Late arrivals will have their appointment canceled. We respect everyone's time and ask that you do the same.

There are no refunds. However, if you are not satisfied with your service, please reach out within a reasonable timeframe and Ashley will be happy to make adjustments to ensure you love your results.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Afterpay (buy now, pay later) is also available for qualifying services booked online.

Please arrive with no eye makeup. Avoid mascara for at least 2 days before your service for best retention. Come with clean, dry lashes.

Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24–48 hours. Do not use oil-based products around the eye area. Brush your lashes daily with a clean spoolie and avoid sleeping face-down.

We recommend a refill every 2 weeks to maintain a full, beautiful look. 3-week refills are also available. Beyond 3 weeks, a new full set may be required.

We recommend skipping mascara on your extensions entirely — they're designed to give you that full look without it. If needed, use only water-based, extension-safe mascara on the tips only. Never use oil-based formulas.

No extra guests are permitted in the studio unless previously approved. Our space is designed to be a calm, focused environment for your comfort and the quality of your service.

Absolutely. Sanitation and hygiene are a top priority at The Beauté Emporium Haus. All tools are properly sanitized between clients and the studio is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.
